And that is when Dr. Russell's journey began as he search on what the bible had to say about healthy living. His resources were the bible, prayer and scientific inquiry. As he started to make changes following the Biblical dietary laws, he noticed some drastic improvements after just one month. Dr. Rex Russell studied and organized what he learned around three principles.
- Principle 1: Eat only substances God created for food. Avoid what is not designed for food.
- Principle 2: As much as possible, eat foods as they were created—before they are changed or converted into something humans think might be better.
- Principle 3: Avoid food addictions. Don’t let any food or drink become your god.
Pebble Crossing’s mission is to continue to share with you our findings towards a healthier life. Since our family also is convicted to following the Biblical dietary laws, I thought it appropriate to share a cookbook which follow the same.
I’ll be posting more on What the Bible Says about Healthy Living Cookbook . You’ll learn more about the authors both Hope Egan and Amy Cataldo and also other important information towards a healthier life.
I’m also planning to have a giveaway for a copy of this cookbook which Hope Egan so graciously offered. So be on the lookout for the giveaway in the next few weeks!
