Hello today, I’m happy to be able to share a review on Tropical Traditions’ Organic Coconut Cream Concentrate. Its Pebble Crossing’s first time reviewing one of their products. They have gladly sponsored this giveaway. Some years back as we refined our eating habits we introduced Coconut Cream Concentrate as part of our food choices. We love the concentrate for its flavor, nutrition and uses.
Whenever I receive products from Tropical Traditions, they are always packaged well to ensure safe delivery. Especially the glass jars. I've always had prompt service on all my orders.
Coconut Cream Concentrate is 70% fat, its a rich source of pure coconut oil, It has a very creamy consistency. Because it has dried coconut meat, t is not considered a cooking oil. An important note to remember is that this product has no additives and no preservatives at all. It is 100% natural coconut made from certified organic Philippine coconuts grown without pesticides or fertilizers.
When we first ordered the Coconut Cream Concentrate, we would eat it by the spoon. We’ve used this product many times in our smoothies, which has made the taste yummier. If you enjoy coconut flavor, you’ll enjoy adding this coconut cream. We’ve also used it as a spread on a piece of bread. Tropical Traditions says that if you add Coconut Cream to soups it will give it a creamy (non-dairy) flavor. One thing we’ve yet to try is making ice cream with it. Please be sure to visit the Free recipes at Free Coconut Recipes. You’ll be able to view recipes using coconut flour, coconut oil, coconut chips. I’ve seen some I would love to try How about Coconut Cream Red Lentil Soup, or Amazing Coconut Carrot Cake?
Upon ordering the Coconut Cream Concentrate, you will notice a layer of oil on top. Tropical Traditions has a great video showing you how to melt the oil and stir the oil back in. That video was a big help to us in the past.
One of Pebble Crossing followers will be able to receive their own free copy of Virgin Coconut Oil book, complementary of Tropical Traditions by visiting here . When our readers choose “Referred by a Friend” and enter my User ID: 2470694 on their first online order, the book will be automatically added to your order. here is a link to their customer service page. ReplyDeleteI just signed up to follow your blog. Would love to try the coconut cream, it is different than the coconut oil, right?
ReplyDeleteGrass fed lamb curry stew! That sounds amazing!
ReplyDeleteI'm following you now, too.
ReplyDeleteYes you are correct, coconut cream concentrate is different from coconut oil. It has coconut meat with 70% oil, coconut oil has 100% coconut oil. coconut cream is not meant to be used as an oil. It is delicious in smoothies, desserts or like a spread. I've seen many recipes which use the coconut cream in main meal recipes. Visit the free recipes on the Tropical Traditions website.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to try the shampoo bar
