Preparation Day Link-Up ~ Preparing with Children

Welcome to Shabbat Preparation Day Link Up!

This is a place for all to share their Shabbat menus, tips, preparation plans, lessons, and reflections to encourage one another in many details of preparations involved with keeping the Shabbat set apart. This will be a wonderful opportunity to bless and encourage one another as Keepers of our Homes mamas and papas and children. who prepare for Shabbat every week. We encourage you to post whatever you may have even if it doesn't fall in this week's theme.  We are hoping there will be enough time to possibly try suggested information in the link-up for the upcoming Shabbat. We'd love to hear your encouraging words as not all mamas are able to always be at home. This linky will be open until Friday at 3pm CST.
  • Next week's theme is Italian Recipes

Remember Shabbat Shalom Link-Up will take place Fridays where you can post, devotionals, worship music, encouragement inspirational post, anything related to helping us keep a worshipful and restful Shabbat.

If you don't have a blog, we encourage you to leave your comments below.  May you all be blessed during your Shabbat Preparation time.

Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, as indeed you do.

  1. Sometimes Friday seems like a race against the sun. I am pulling out all my make ahead recipes and trying to be more organized. Perhaps a new binder with all those recipes copied into. This week -chicken pot pie which I just made and will put in the freezer for reheating on Shabbat.

  2. Thanks for coming by to visit Joanne! Yes I know what you mean, getting organized and staying organized is key, I found that simple meals for Shabbat has been our goal here lately. Hoping to make onion soup this Shabbat. Does that count as an easy meal?
